Richardson Cooling Packages (RCP) is an agile, growing design and manufacturing company located in New Castle, PA. RCP supplies cooling systems and components to off-highway engine manufacturers, distributors, and original equipment manufacturers. To support its growth, RCP is looking to fill five positions.

The first is an Engineer or Product Manager position. This person will be responsible for managing projects, developing technical standards and supporting operations and quality. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and a problem solver. Educational requirements include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Professional requirements include a minimum of five years of engineering experience, some 3D modeling and drawing experience, and tolerance analysis experience. Quality support experience in an ISO 9000 and TS-16949 environments is preferred. LabVIEW programming and .NET programming backgrounds are preferred.

The second is a Designer or Engineer position. This person will be responsible for supporting customers and creating 3D CAD models and drawings of products. These products include compact heat exchangers, coolant hoses, and equipment enclosures. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and a problem solver. Educational requirements include an associate’s degree in design, mechanical engineering or equivalent. Sheet metal design experience is highly desirable. ProEngineer and Windchill experience are preferred.

The third position is an Aluminum Welder position. Candidate must have five years of Aluminum welding experienced and be AWS certified.

The fourth is a Production Planner position. This person will be responsible for determining production needs and scheduling work flows to insure product is completed by promised dates. Candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, good communication skills, and be self-motivated. Educational requirements include a B.S. or a B.A. in a field such as business administration, logistics, or industrial engineering. Professional experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

The fifth position is a Quality Technician position. This person will be responsible for performing inspections, analyzing returned goods and performing quality audits. Candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, be detail oriented and be self-motivated in a fast paced, changing environment. Educational requirement is a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
