Once the heat exchanger has been designed we develop a three dimensional model of the radiator, mounting kits, hoses and guards to insure proper form and fit.

Our Engineering department spends time to fully understanding the customer's products and requirements, then accounts for all of the external factors which could affect the heat transfer and only then provides options to the customer. Once an option is chosen, pricing is presented to the customer.

Richardson Cooling Packages has invested in multiple seats of Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 for our model development and Windchill to manage our over 180,000 part and assembly files. Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 has reduced our prototype time and increased our accuracy, while allowing our customers to take advantage of our three-dimensional models, in turn reducing the engineering time of their own products.

All of Richardson Cooling Packages' model and drawing revisions, versions, and release levels are controlled electronically by a data management system called Windchill. This ensures our customers are receiving the most current and correct product.
