A few of RCP's finest...


President - David J. Richardson

David has attended the Community College of the Air Force and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Point Park University. He has earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science as well as a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology degree. David founded Richardson Cooling Packages in 2002. He has received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2006 and the American Legion Small Employer of the Year Award in 2008.

Vice President - Carla Richardson

Carla has attended Slippery Rock University and has earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both Nursing and Computer Science. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Prior to becoming a founding member of RCP, she held the position of Director, Ellwood City Hospital Home Health Agency. Her favorite parts about working at RCP are the people and the constant challenges.

General Manager - Brian Meier

Brian has earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His employment with RCP began in 2005. Brian is most grateful for the opportunity to help solve the diverse set of problems presented by the growing and ever-changing company that is RCP.

Sales Manager- Christine Porada

Chrissie attended Slippery Rock University in Communications. Prior to joining RCP in 2012, she was employed by Lawrence County Economic Development Corporation. Chrissie enjoys collaborating with the RCP customer base, overcoming challenges and striving to provide each patron with an outstanding experience. She also finds that the RCP family works incredibly well together as a team to produce a first-rate product.

Purchasing Manager - Jennifer Passarelli

Jennifer has attended Westminister College and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. RCP employed her in the year of 2006. Her favorite part about working at RCP is the people she works with every day. She states, "My coworkers are always looking for better ways to serve our customers and help their fellow employees."

Manufacturing Manager - David Edney

David has attended ITT Technical Institute and has earned an Associates in Drafting and Design. RCP employed him in the year of 2003. David's favorite part about RCP is the continued growth of the company and the expansion of capabilities they have in house. He is also Trumpf certified in the following: Punch press programming, Punch press operator, Laser programming, and Laser operator.
